| 财务公司的发展战略研究 摘要 在过去的二十多年中，新型非银行金融机构财务公司逐渐出现在大众视野，并且在金融行业中占有一席之地。财务公司可以集中集团资金、增加集团凝聚力、提高集团融资能力、促进金融业的竞争，对大型企业发展有着重要意义。表面上，财务公司背后有集团支撑，资金雄厚，后盾强大。其实，因为财务公司特殊的定位和性质，在发展过程中，他们拥有的资源十分有限，整个体系也并不完备。如何长远规划财务公司发展理念，完善财务公司体制，在新时代促进财务公司在金融行业脱颖而出，对财务公司来说是重中之重。本文通过对财务公司发展过程中制约因素的分析，从金融服务理念、人才化战略、信息化网络等方面提出了针对性的解决措施，为我国财务公司新时期发展战略提出了基本思路。 关键词：财务企业；发展问题；发展战略 Abstract In the past 20 years,finance companies gradually appear in the public view, and occupy a place in the financial industry. Finance companies can concentrate group funds, increase group cohesion,improve group financing ability and promote competition in the financial industry, which is of great significance to the development of large enterprises. On the surface, the finance company has strong support, strong funds, strong backgrounds.In fact, because of the special positioning and nature of financial companies,in the process of development, they have very limited resources and the whole system is not complete. How to plan the development concept of finance companies in the long term,improve the system of finance companies,and promote finance companies to stand out in the financial industry in the new era is the top priority for finance companies.
