中小型企业ERP应用存在的问题与对策研究——以A公司为例 摘要 在当前信息化时代,企业管理思想也在不断变化,ERP作为新型的管理思想与先进的信息管理系统的结合体,满足了提升中小企业经营管理水平的需要。ERP是企业适应现代社会发展的必然选择。ERP在国内市场上已经经历了30年的发展,一些规模较大的企业,因为在资金和管理上优势,所以在ERP的发展上比较领先。所以现在ERP多存在于一些大型企业当中。针对中小企业ERP发展难的问题,本文对中小企业的ERP发展进行了深入研究。本文基于这一背景首先阐述了ERP的概念,以中小企业为研究对象,分析其ERP实施的过程和效果,找出其中为完善的问题,提出可行性的建议对策,以期在这块领域提供参考价值。 关键词:ERP;中小企业;应用对策 Abstract In the current information age, enterprise management ideas are also constantly changing.As a combination of new management ideas and advanced information management systems,ERP meets the needs of improving the management level of small and medium-sized enterprises. ERP is the inevitable choice for enterprises to adapt to the development of modern society.ERP has experienced 30 years of development in the domestic market.Some large-scale enterprises take the lead in the developmentof ERP because of their advantages in capital and management. So now ERP mostly exists in some large enterprises.In view of the difficulty of ERP development of small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper makes an in-depth study on the ERP development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on this background, this paper first expounds the concept of ERP,takes small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object,analyzes the process and effect of its ERP implementation,finds out the perfect problems, and puts forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures, in order to provide reference value in this field.
