| 河南美成医疗科技有限公司营业收入问题管理分析 摘要 营业收入是企业补偿生产经营耗费的资金来源，是企业的主要经营成果，是企业取得利润的重要保障。营业收入的实现关系到企业再生产活动的正常进行，加强营业收入管理，可以使企业的各种耗费得到合理补偿，有利于再生产活动顺利进行。加强营业收入管理是实现企业财务目标的重要手段之一。在企业经营活动中，营业收入，可以直观地表现企业一段时间内的销售业绩、销售成果。监督管理营业收入就可以按照计划的要求实现对生产经营活动的过程和结果的控制，以达到完成预定的经营目标，提高经济效益的目的。在市场经济条件下，如何保证营业收入的实现，合理制定生产的经营计划和组织好生产和销售是首要的。本文研究的就是河南美成医疗科技有限公司近三年的营业收入，通过分析该公司的生产经营活动中的各项数据提出问题，针对问题提出与之相关的建议与完善措施，为企业更好的经营，实现财务目标。 关键词：营业收入；主营业务收入；销售；经济效益 Abstract Operating income is the source of funds for enterprises to compensate for production and operation,the main operating results of enterprises,and the important guarantee for enterprises to obtain profits.The realization of operating income is related tothe normal reproduction activities of enterprises.Strengthening the management of operating income can make all kinds of expenses of enterprises get reasonable compensation,which is conducive to the smooth progress of reproduction activities.Strengthening the management of operating income is one of the important means to achieve the financial objectives of enterprises.In the business activities,operating income ,can intuitively show the sales performance and sales results of the enterprises for a period of time.The supervision and management of business income can realize the control of the process and result of production and management activities accordingto the requirements of the plan,in order to achieve the purpose of accomplishing the predetermined business objectives and improving economic efficiency.Under the condition of market economy,how to ensure the realization of operating income,make the business plan of production reasonably and organize the production and sale well is the first.This paper studies the operating income of Henan Meicheng Medical Technology Co.,Ltd in the past three years.By analyzing the data of the company `s production and operation activities,this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the problems.For the enterprise better management,achieve financial objectives.
