| 研发投入对企业绩效的影响-以新坐标公司为例 摘要 我国越来越重视研发投入,R&D投入逐年上涨，R&D投入规模稳居世界的二位，R&D人力资源规模居于世界首位。其中大多数R&D投入都来自于高新技术企业。本文以杭州新坐标科技股份有限公司为研究对象，研究该公司R&D投入对企业绩效的影响，得出该公司R&D投入对企业绩效有正相关影响，同时给出相关的合理建议，促进企业进一步发展。一方面：企业还应不断继续加强R&D投入强度，完善R&D管理机制；另一方面：注重人才培养，防止人才流失。本文通过研究该企业研发费用的投入和研发人员投入来分析企业R&D投入是否充足，通过研究该企业净利润增长率和专利成果数量增长率等指标对企业绩效进行分析。分析表明：新坐标科技公司R&D投入与企业绩效产生正面影响效应。并且结合该公司R&D投入状况的分析得出：企业应充分合理运用研发投入资源，提高R&D投入的强度，缩短研发投入对企业绩效影响的滞后作用，促使研发投入对企业绩效产生的正向影响更加凸出，同时尽可能减少R&D投入过程中带给该企业的负面影响，减少企业的资金压力。 关键词：R&D投入 企业绩效 新坐标科技公司 The impact of research and development investment on corporate performance ABSTRACT China pays more and more attention to research and development investment,the investment of R and D is increasing year by year,the scale of investment of R-D is the second largest in the world, and the scale of human resources of R-D is the first in the world. Most of the investment in R and D comes from high-tech enterprises.In this paper, Hangzhou New Coordinate Technology Co., Ltd.as the research object, to study the company's R and D input on the performance of enterprises, the company's R and D input has a positive impact on the performance of enterprises,while giving relevant reasonable recommendations to promote the further development of enterprises. On the one hand: enterprises should continue to strengthen the intensityof investment in R and D, improve the management mechanism of R and D,on the other hand: pay attention to talent training, to prevent brain drain. This paper analyzes the adequacy of the enterprise's R.D.investment by studying the investment of the enterprise's research and development expenses and the investment of the research and development personnel,and analyzes the enterprise's performance by studying the enterprise's net profit growth rate and the growth rate of the number of patented achievements. The analysis shows that the input of the new coordinate technology company R and D has a positive effect on the performance of the enterprise. And combined with the analysis of the company's R and D investment situation,it is concluded that enterprises should make full and rational use of research and development investment resources,improve the intensity of R and D investment, shorten the lag effect of research and development investment on enterprise performance, and promote the positive impact of research and development investment on enterprise performance more prominent, while reducing the negative impact of R and D investment process on the enterprise, reduce the financial pressure of enterprises.
