| 家族企业社会化趋势及融资方式的选择 摘要：本文以社会化趋势下家族企业融资问题为核心，将本文分为七个部分。首先，概括性的描述了家族企业及社会化的概念，点明我国家族企业社会化的趋势。其次，研究了我国家族企业的融资现状，发现企业融资情况很艰难。再次，分析了家族企业在融资方面存在的困难以及造成融资困难的原因。接着，就为解决企业融资难问题提出了相关措施。然后，又提出了社会化趋势下，家族企业可以选择的融资方式。最后，文章末尾进行总结和展望 关键词：家族企业 社会化 融资困难 原因 措施 融资方式 Abstrate This paper is divided into seven parts, focusing on the financing of family enterprises under the trend of socialization. Firstly, it describes the concept of family business and socialization, and points out the trend of socialization of family business in China. Secondly, the paper studies the current financing situation of family enterprises in China and finds that the financing situation is very difficult. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the financing difficulties of family firms and the causes of financing difficulties. Then, to solve the financing difficulties of enterprises relevant measures are put forward . Then, it put forward that under the socialization trend, what financing way can be chosen by family business. At the end of the article, the conclusion and prospect are given.
