摘 要

科学家精神是科学家在长期研究实践中积累的宝贵精神财富。秉志学贯中西，倡导科学救国，孜孜不倦从事研究，为中国生物学立下开山之功。本文通过研究秉志生前所留文章、讲演稿及后人回忆资料等相关文献，深入探究秉志的科学家精神，凝练为以下五点：第一，魂牵祖国、心系人民的爱国热忱；第二，刻苦钻研、忠诚不欺的求实精神；第三，大公无私、鞠躬尽瘁的奉献意识；第四，开诚相见、精诚合作的协同理念；第五，弘扬科学、培养菁莪的社会责任感。从近代国家危难的历史语境、传统文化的长期熏陶、科学家故事的精神激励三个维度剖析其科学家精神形成的社会历史条件，启迪当下培育科学家精神，要培养既有通识、又能做到“专”和“精”的双层人才；加强信仰培育，坚定求学报国的人生价值导向；加强道德修养，促进风清气正的学风建设；讲好科学家故事，培育科学家精神。

Research on Bingzhi's Spirit of Scientist

ABSTRACT

Scientist spirit is the precious spiritual wealth that scientists have accumulated in long-term research and practice. Bingzhi learns Chinese and Western, advocates science to save the country,and tirelessly engages in research, making a pioneering contribution to Chinese biology. In this article, by studying Bingzhi’s articles, speeches,and reminiscences of future generations and other relateddocuments, this article deeply explores Bingzhi’s scientistspirit and condenses it into the following five points: First, the soul holds the motherland and the patriotic enthusiasm of the people; Second, the pragmatic spirit of diligence, loyalty and non-deception; third, the sense of dedication and dedication; fourth, the collaborative concept of open meeting and sincere cooperation; fifth, promote science and cultivate a sense of social responsibility. Analyze the social and historical conditions of the formation of the scientist spirit from the three dimensions of the historical context of the crisis of modern countries, the long-term influence of traditional culture, and the spiritual inspiration of the scientist's story,and enlighten the cultivation of the spirit of the scientist at present, and tell the story of the scientist;strengthen the cultivation of belief and innovation Thinking education,firmly seek the life value orientation of the country; strengthen moral cultivation, promote the construction of a clean and upright style of study; cultivate two-tier talents who have general knowledge and can be "professional" and "precise".
