上海市小学语文等第制评价实施现状调查——以上海市Y小学为例

摘要


早在2002年,教育部就提出“小学生学习成绩评定应采用等级制,不得将学生成绩排队、公布”。2013年,上海市开始在小学低年级实行等第制评价,2016年开始向中高年级延伸,自此,上海市开始全面实行等第制评价。
本研究以上海市Y小学为切入点展开个案研究,根据历史研究方法、文献研究方法编制调查问卷,运用调查研究法对上海市Y小学语文等第制评价实施的现状进行了调查研究,发现其中存在的问题和面临的困境,并提出相应的针对性的建议,以此推动等第制评价合理且有效地实施,使评价能够发挥促进学生的全面发展,提升学生的综合素质的作用。

Abstract

As early as 2002, the Ministry of Education proposed that "primary school students' academic performance evaluation should be based on a hierarchical system, and students' results should not be queued up or published." Shanghai began to implement the rating system in the lower grades of primary schools in 2013 and extended it to the middle and upper grades in 2016. Since then, the city has implemented the rating system in a comprehensive way.
This case study in Shanghai Y elementary school as the breakthrough point,this study carried out a case study,compiled a questionnaire according to the historical research method andliterature research method, and used the investigation research method to investigate and study the current situation of the implementation of the Chinese rating system evaluation in Y Primary School in Shanghai, and found the existing problems and difficulties. Suggestions are put forward to promote the reasonable and effective implementation of the rating system evaluation,so that the evaluation can play a role in promoting the overall development of students and improving their comprehensive quality.
