| 常州市横林派出所警察职业体能现状研究 摘要：对于基层公安民警来说，一个良好的体能素质是推进各项警务工作的基础。 对于长期奋斗在岗位一线的基层公安机关而言，需要加强对自身职业体能的训练， 培养基层民警养成良好的锻炼习惯，用以保障当前复杂的工作形式。 本次研究将对常州市横林派出所基层民警的体能情况进行问卷调查， 分析横林派出所警察职业体能现状， 并结合我国公安机关工作要求提出提高训练认知， 增强训练支持、丰富培训模式等建议。 关键词：常州市横林； 基层警员； 职业体能现状 Research on the Current Situation of Police Professional Physical Fitness in Henglin Police Station of Changzhou City Abstract：For the grassroots public security police, a good physical quality is the basis for advancing various police work. For the grassroots public security organs who have been struggling for a long time at the front line, they need to strengthen their professional physical training, and train the police at the level to develop good exercise habits to ensure the current complex work styles. This study will conduct a questionnaire survey on the physical fitness of the grassroots police in the Henglin Police Station in Changzhou City, analyze the occupational fitness status of the police in the Henglin Police Station, and propose suggestions for improving training awareness, enhancing training support, and enriching training models based on the work requirements of my country's public security organs.
