| 妊娠期高血压患者护理干预效果分析 摘要 目的 分析系统护理干预对妊娠高血压患者的疗效。方法 选择xx医院2019年11月至2020年11月收治的妊高征患者36例，分为研究组18例和对照组18例。研究组为系统护理干预组，对照组为常规护理干预组，比较了两组的干预效果。结果 研究组第二产程为（36.90±9.37）min，对照组为（66.01±9.40）min，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组的正常分娩率为66.67％（12/18），而对照组为27.78％（5/18）高（P<0.05）。结论 系统的护理干预对妊娠高血压患者有明显的效果。 关键词 妊娠期 高血压 护理干预 产程 效果 Analysis of the effect of nursing intervention inpatients with hypertension during pregnancy Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of systematic nursing intervention on patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods A total of 36 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension who wereadmitted to our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into 18 cases in the study group and 18 cases in the control group. The study group was a systematic nursing intervention group,and the control group was a conventional nursing intervention group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The second stage of labor in the study group was (36.90±9.37) min, and the control group was (66.01±9.40) min, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The normal delivery rate in the study group was 66.67% (12/18), while the control group was 27.78% (5/18) high (P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention has obvious effects on patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.
