| 新冠疫情期间，护理实习生的健康自我管理能力现状及影响因素 摘 要 目的 调查疫情期间，实习护生的健康自我管理现状，并研究其影响因素。为提高实习护生健康自我管理能力及制定有效的健康干预措施提供依据。 方法 采用一般资料调查表、健康自我管理能力量表于2020年2月一2020年4月对三甲医院护理实习生进行问卷调查。收集数据输入Excel建立数据库，使用spss25.0进行数据分析，通过对一般资料进行独立样本t检验、方差分析探究不同实习生健康自我管理的差异。使用斯皮尔曼相关性分析法探究一般资料分别于健康自我管理能力及三个维度的相关性。使用多元线性回归进行统计学分析。 结果 实习护生健康自我管理能力总分为（130.20±33.64）分，呈中等水平。健康自我管理行为维度分值为（44.60±11.80）分，健康自我管理环境维度分值为（34.74±10.06）分，健康自我管理认知维度分值为（50.86±13.79）分，实习护生健康自我管理呈现“高认知、低行为”状态。年龄、学历和新冠疫情期间的情绪状态、自我健康管理自觉性、自觉健康状态、日常网络使用时长是实习护生健康自我管理能力的影响因素。 结论 疫情期间，实习护生健康自我管理水平呈中等水平，实习护生健康自我管理能力受多方面的影响，学校、医院应高度重视，并开展健康教育课程，并根据影响因素进行指导，提高实习护生的健康自我管理意识，家庭应提供合适的环境，并监督学生改善不良生活习惯和行为，降低疾病发生率，实现“治未病”的作用。 关键词：新冠疫情；健康自我管理；实习护生；影响因素 Abstract Objective To investigate the status quo of health self-management of nursing interns during the epidemic period and to study its influencing factors. To provide basis for improving the health self-management ability of nursing students and formulating effective health intervention measures. Methods The general data questionnaire and the health self-management ability scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on nursing interns in 3A hospitals from February 2020 to April 2020.The collected data were input into Excel to establish a database, and spss25.0 was used for data analysis. The differences of health self-management among different interns were explored through independent sample T test and variance analysis of general data. Spearman correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation of general data with health self-management ability and three dimensions respectively. Multivariate linear regression was used for statistical analysis. Results The total score of health self-management ability of nursing students was (130.20±33.64), showing a moderate level. The dimension score of health self-management behavior was (44.60±11.80), the dimension score of health self-management environment was (34.74±10.06), and the dimension score of health self-management cognition was (50.86±13.79). The health self-management of nursing students showed a state of "high cognition and low behavior" . educational background, Age, emotional state during the new crown epidemic, self-consciousness of health management, self-conscious health state and daily network usage time are the influencing factors of health self-management ability of nursing students. Conclusion During the epidemic period, the health self-management level of nursing interns was at a medium level. The health self-management ability of nursing interns was affected by many factors. Schools and hospitals should attach great importance to it and carry out health education courses. Guidance should be given according to the influencing factors to improve the health self-management awareness of nursing interns. Families should provide appropriate environment, supervise students to improve bad living habits and behaviors, and reduce the incidence of diseases.
