| 直肠癌造口延续护理的研究进展 摘要:本文从介绍延续性护理的定义及阐明国外直肠癌肠造口患者的自我护理现状出发，就针对出院后肠造口患者提供电话随访、网络平台随访等方式的延续性护理干预措施等方面对国内外相关造口方面研究进展进行综述， 为进一步探索研究适合我国国情的肠造口延续性护理形式提供可行性理论依据，以提高未来肠造口患者的自我护理能力。 关键词：自我护理能力;延续护理 ;肠造口 Abstract : This article starts with the definition of continuation nursing and clarifies the status of self-care in patients with rectal cancer and intestinal stoma. It provides telephone follow-up for postoperative patients with intestinal stoma after discharge, continuous care interventions in the form of network platform follow-up, etc. The research progress on related stoma at home and abroad was reviewed to provide a feasible theoretical basis for further exploration and research on the sustainable nursing form of Intestinal stoma suitable for China's national conditions, so as to improve self-care ability of patients with intestinal stoma in the future.
