| 中国与老挝双边贸易比较分析 摘要：作为老挝最大的贸易投资合作伙伴国，中国投出的合作橄榄枝无疑为老挝开启了对外贸易的新篇章。近些年来，无论在贸易亦或是投资方面，老挝都从与中国的商业合作中汲取经验，采取渐进式经济发展模式作为其发展的主要方针。其经济贸易增长额度和增长速度相较于革新开放之前，都有了前所未有的提高，然而与中国的经济转型成果相比而言，老挝的经济转型效果实际上差强人意，在许多方面仍然存在不足。在老挝与中国的双边贸易关系中，仍然存在着种种的问题和限制因素，影响着两国的合作扩大以及经济绩效。本文通过对中国以及老挝的双边贸易现状进行比较分析，从中对比出两国相互之间的贸易特征以及主要存在的问题，并以经济贸易方面的相关知识作为理论基础，主要结合老挝对中的贸易特点、优势劣势、现存问题等，针对中老两国的双边贸易提出一些具有建设性的建议，以期助力于老挝与中国的经贸交流合作。 关键词：老挝；中国；双边贸易；对比分析； ABSTRACT As Laos’largest trading and investment partner, China’s olive branch has undoubtedly opened a new chapter in Laos’foreign trade. In recent years, Laos has adopted a gradual economic development model as its main approach, drawing lessons from its commercial cooperation with China in both trade and investment. Its economic and trade growth has increased at an unprecedented rate compared with that before the reform and opening up. However, compared with China’s economic transformation results, Laos’s economic transformation results are actually not satisfactory, in many ways there are still deficiencies. In the bilateral trade relations between Laos and China, there are still a variety of problems and constraints, affecting the expansion of cooperation between the two countries and economic performance. This paper compares and analyzes the current situation of bilateral trade between China and Laos, from which the trade characteristics and the main existing problems between the two countries are compared, and based on the relevant knowledge of economic trade, based on the trade characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, and existing problems of Laos to China, this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions on the bilateral trade between China and Laos, with a view to promoting the economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between Laos and China.
