| 中美钢铁贸易摩擦的成因、影响及对策 内容摘要：随着欧债危机的蔓延和中国经济增速放缓，很多国家的钢铁行业受到冲击。为保护本国钢铁业，越来越多国家采取贸易保护措施，包括反倾销、反补贴、特保措施以及上调钢铁进口关税，钢铁贸易保护主义愈演愈烈。本文首先回顾近几年中美钢铁贸易摩擦的状况，然后从直接原因、中方因素和美方因素多角度地对中美钢铁贸易摩擦进行原因分析，本文在研究我国钢铁产业的生产现状和在国际贸易摩擦中的状况时，结合我国从2000年以来钢铁产品遭遇的贸易争端的主要案件，通过正反两方面来分析中美钢铁贸易摩擦对我国钢铁业的影响，最后分别从中国钢铁企业、中国政府和中国钢铁业协会这3个方面提出相应的应对策略建议。 关键词：钢铁产业 贸易摩擦 成因分析 影响分析 应对策略 Abstract: With the slow spread of the European debt crisis and China's economic growth, the steel industry has been attacked in many countries. To protect the domestic steel industry, more and more countries take trade protection measures, including anti-dumping, countervailing, safeguard measures and raising steel tariffs, intensifying steel trade protectionism. This paper firstly reviewed the status of the steel trade friction between China and the United States in recent years. Next, the paper pointed out what led to the friction in steel trade between China and USA in terms of direct causes, Chinese factors and American factors. In addition, capital cases after 2000 was applied to this paper when it involving the situation of China’s steel production and Sino-US friction. The paper figured out both positive influence and negative influence. The paper suggested some advice to Chinese iron and steel enterprises, the government and China Iron and Steel Association.
