摘 要

低碳经济被认为是以低能源、高污染、低废物排放等方式作为经济发展基础的新型市场化经济模式,这也是自古至今人类社会在农业、产品和技术文明之后再次重大发展和进步。低碳经济发展模式下对于国际和国内服务业的发展都提出了新的要求,对于全世界降低碳排放量,减少环境污染具有重要意义。

本文主要从实际情况分析了我国低碳经济背景及其发展模式,我国在服务贸易领域快速发展的历程,低碳经济对于我国在服务贸易领域快速发展的意义和影响,以及在当前低碳经济条件下政府和企业对于我国在服务贸易领域快速发展所需要采取的一些对策和措施建议。

Research on the Development of China’s Service Trade under the Condition of Low Carbon Economy

Abstract

The Low.Carbon Economy is a economy pattern which is based on the low energy consumption, low pollution and low emission.It is another great progress of human society followingagricultural civilization and industrial civilization.The Low Carbon Economy development patterns put forwardnew demands to the international and domestic services. It has great significance to slowing global carbon emission and environmental pollution.

This paper mainly analyses the background and development model of low carbon economy,China’s service trade development process and impact of low carbon economy on China’s service trade development. Besides that, we introduce the countermeasures and suggestions taken by the government and enterprises for the development of China’s service trade under the condition of low carbon economy.
