| 河北省钢铁行业出口贸易问题及发展对策研究 摘 要 改革开放以来，中国钢铁行业迅速发展，作为我国国民经济的重要基础产业， 钢铁产量呈快速增长趋势，并且常年位居世界第一， 有力地支持了我国国民经济的健康发展，不断加快我国工业化发展进程。 经过几十年的发展，我国已经成为世界第一钢铁出口大国， 在国际市场上的占有份额不断加大，无论从生产规模还是生产技术上， 钢铁行业已经跻身世界前列。 河北省作为中国钢铁出口大省，无论从国内市场还是国际市场的竞争角度来看， 进口量不断减少，出口产量呈上升趋势，在出口贸易上均占有比较优势。 然而，连续多年的钢铁大规模出口， 不仅引发了欧美国家市场对我国进行钢铁出口贸易调查， 国际上也将我国视为钢铁主要倾销国，出口贸易摩擦不断加大， 钢铁产能过剩的比较优势也在削弱， 一些技术含量高、产品附加值高的产品只能依靠国外进口。 钢铁行业在河北省经济当中占据着非常重要的地位， 种种矛盾的存在逐渐凸显其危害性，不利于未来钢铁经济的发展，因此， 分析河北省钢铁行业出口贸易现状存在的问题， 积极寻找相对应的发展对策具有极其重要的意义。 本文通过研究河北省钢铁行业出口贸易现状， 分析钢铁产业目前出口贸易所遇到的种种问题， 最后对河北省钢铁出口发展现状提出相应的发展对策。 关键词：河北省 钢铁行业 出口贸易 发展对策 Abstract Since the reform and opening-up, China's steel industry has developed rapidly. As an important basic industry of China's national economy, steel output has shown a rapid growth trend, and it has always ranked first in the world. It is effectively supporting the healthy development of China's national economy. We will continue to speed up the process of China's industrialization. After decades of development, China has become the world's largest iron and steel export country. In the international market share has been increasing. Whether from the production scale or production technology, the steel industry has been among the world's forefront. Hebei Province, as a major steel export province of China, has a comparative advantage in export trade because of the decrease of import volume and the increase of export output. However, the continuous large-scale steel export for many years has not only caused the European and American markets to investigate China's steel export trade, the international community also regards China as a major steel dumping country. The export trade frictions have been increasing, and the comparative advantage of excess capacity of iron and steel is also weakening. Some products with high technology content and high added value can only rely on foreign imports. The iron and steel industry occupies a very important position in the economy of Hebei Province. The existence of various kinds of contradictions gradually highlights their harmfulness, which is not conducive to the development of the iron and steel economy in the future. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the problems existing in the export trade of China's iron and steel industry and actively seek the corresponding development countermeasures. This paper studies the current situation of the export trade of Hebei Steel Industry, analyzes the problems of the export trade of Hebei Steel Industry, and finally puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures.
