| 中国奶业国际竞争力比较与对策分析 摘要 随着社会经济的快速发展，中国居民的人均收入不断提高，居民膳食结构也在不断完善中，因而，对更健康的膳食结构的追求，促进了作为廉价营养品的奶业的发展。中国奶业在国际奶业中的竞争地位，正在逐渐提升，但是其国际竞争力相较于世界上的奶业强国还存在一定差距。长期以来，我国对乳制品行业的重视程度不高，短暂的发展历史，导致乳制品行业在我国农业和食品加工行业中是一个年轻、基础薄弱的部门。纵使，改革开放以来，奶业快速增长，重组整合，快速发展，存量奶牛、产奶量和乳制品产量大幅增长，乳制品消费量稳步增长，可是中国始终没有摆脱对进口乳制品的需求，这也成了制约中国在国际奶业中发展的一大因素，即使近年来，中国奶业发展速度提升，使中国奶业在国际市场中也有了一定竞争力，但是相较于其他奶业大国仍有所不足。 本文通过MS、TC、CA指数对中国奶业国际竞争力进行衡量，通过与奶业强国数据进行比对分析，找出影响中国奶业国际竞争力的因素，从而分析出相应的对策。 关键词：中国奶业 竞争力 对策分析 With the rapid development of society and economy,the per capita income of Chinese residents is constantly rising, and the dietary structure of residents is also constantly improving. Therefore, the pursuit of a healthier dietary structure has promoted the development of dairy industry as a cheap nutrient. The competitive position of Chinese dairy industry in the international dairy industry is gradually improving,but there is still a certain gap in its international competitiveness compared with the world's powerful dairy industry. For a long time, China's attention to the dairy industry is not high,short history of development,resulting in the dairy industry in China's agriculture and food processing industry is a young, weak foundation of the sector. Though, since the reform and opening, with the rapid development of dairy industry, restructuring integration,the rapid development of the stock of cows, milk production and dairy production,dairy consumption is growing steadily,but never get rid of the demand for imports of dairy products in China, it was restricting the development of China in the international dairy industry one of the main factors, even though in recent years, China's dairy industry development speed, the China dairy industry have a certain competitiveness in the international market, but compared with other dairy giants are still lacking. In this paper, the international competitiveness of China's dairy industry was measured byMS, TC and CA indexes, and the factors affecting the international competitiveness of China's dairy industry were found out through comparison and analysis with the data of powerfulcountries in the dairy industry, so as to analyze the corresponding countermeasures.
