| 绿色贸易壁垒对浙江水产品出口的影响研究 摘 要：近年来，随着各国绿色贸易壁垒的实施，浙江省水产品出口出现一定程度的下降。由于欧盟、美国、日本和韩国等国家是浙江省水产品的主要出口国，而这些国家绿色贸易壁垒的实施，无疑对浙江省水产品的出口带来极大的负面效应。在这样严峻的形势下，研究绿色贸易壁垒对浙江水产品出口的影响，从而提出相应的应对策略，为相关部门作决策参考就具有现实意义。本文主要通过对浙江省水产品出口遭遇的绿色贸易壁垒现状的分析，发现浙江省水产品出口呈现出口地区集中，种类单一，技术水平受限制等问题。通过绿色贸易壁垒对浙江水产品出口的影响分析，得出绿色贸易壁垒的实施在短期内会提高出口价格，恶化贸易环境，影响出口数量。但是长期来看，有利于企业紧跟国际形势，提升环保意识，缩小与发达国家的差距，提升出口竞争力。通过案例分析，得出通报数量增加，卫生检疫标准提高，绿色贸易壁垒会影响到浙江水产品出口量的下降。最后，针对浙江水产品出口存在的问题，从提升水产品质量、企业合作等方面提出应对浙江省水产品出口的相关对策建议。 关键词：水产品出口；影响；案例分析；绿色贸易壁垒 Study on the influence of green trade barrier on aquatic product export in zhejiang Abstract: In recent years, with the implementation of green trade barriers in various countries, the export of aquatic products in Zhejiang Province has declined to a certain extent. Because the European Union, the United States,Japan and South Korea and other countries arethe main exporters of aquatic products in Zhejiang Province, and the implementation of green trade barriers in these countries will undoubtedly bring great negative effects on the export of aquatic products in Zhejiang Province. In such a grim situation, it is of practical significance to study the impact of greentrade barriers on the export of aquatic products in Zhejiang,so as to put forward corresponding countermeasures and provide reference for relevant departments to make decisions. In this paper, through the analysis of the current situation of green trade barriers encountered by the export of aquatic products in Zhejiang Province,it is found that the export of aquatic products in Zhejiang Province presents problems such as concentrated export regions, single types, limited technical level and so on. Through the analysis of the economic effect of green trade barriers,it is concluded that the implementation of green trade barriers willincrease the export price, and then affect the export competitiveness, and worsen the trade environment. Through the case analysis, it is concluded that the increase of the number of notifications, the improvement of health and quarantine standards and the green trade barrier will affect the decline of the export volume of aquatic products in Zhejiang. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the export of aquatic products inZhejiang Province, from the aspects of improving the quality of aquatic products, enterprise cooperation and other relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to deal with the export of aquatic products in Zhejiang Province.
