| FOB术语下出口商的风险及防范对策研究 摘 要 随着经济全球化的发展，国际贸易发展越来越深入。在国际贸易中应用较广泛的贸易术语是FOB，在该术语下,由外国进口商负责办理运输和保险,且普遍存在进口商指定货代的情况,导致出口商风险较高。本文以应声公司出口保温棉为例，聚焦于FOB术语下出口商面临的风险问题，并针对风险研究防范对策。这具有一定的现实意义，能给FOB术语下的出口商提供风险防范思路。 关键词：出口贸易；FOB术语；卖方风险；防范措施 Abstract With the development of economic globalization, the development of international trade is getting deeper and deeper. A more widely used trade term in international trade is FOB, under this term, foreign importers are responsible for transportation and insurance, and there is a general situation in which importers appoint freight forwarders, resulting in higher risk for exporters. As an example, this paper focuses on the risk problems faced by exporters under FOB terms, and studies the preventive countermeasures against the risks. and this has certain practical significance and can provide risk prevention ideas for exporters under FOB terms.
