中国艺术品进出口贸易的发展趋势与对策研究

摘要
       “十三五”期间是全面建设小康社会的决定性阶段。它是促进文化大繁荣和发展的关键时期,也是建设社会主义国家的重要时期。此时居民生活水平稳定提高,精神文化需求上升到一个新的层次,中国市场也与国际市场更好的接轨,此时以艺术品贸易为核心的文化产业发挥着其重要的影响力。本文从艺术品和艺术市场的国际视野方向入手,分析了我国当前艺术品进出口贸易的发展趋势和存在的问题,并利用PEST分析了中国作为艺术品市场的优势与不足,借鉴其他国家的发展经验,提出了一些有关激发中国艺术市场的活力,促进艺术品进出口贸易,增强中国文化影响力的举措。

ABSTRACT
       The period of the “13th Five-Year“ is the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and the key stage of promoting cultural prosperity and development and an important stage of building a powerful socialist country. The living conditions of the residents improves steadily and their spiritual and cultural needs reach a new level during this period when theculture industry centered on art trade plays an important role. This paper starts with the international vision of the art and the art market, then analyzes the development trend and existing problems of the import and export trade of art in China and the advantages and disadvantages of China as an art market by PEST, and then draws experience from other countries and comes up with some measures to stimulate the Chinese art market, promote the import and export trade of the art and enhance China‘s cultural influence.
