| 建设工程项目质量管理研究——以某市朝阳小区为例 摘要：我国建筑行业随着社会经济的飞速发展与进步，自身正在逐渐趋于上升完善阶段，规模日渐扩大，还产生了多种多样的的建筑体系，同样，建筑质量也成为了大家关注的焦点。它的优劣直接间接地影响到了社会经济水平的发展。近年来，频频发生的工程事故，使得我们国家将安全问题摆在了建筑市场发展的极其重要位置。本论文通过研究朝阳小区案例，运用PDCA循环原理，文献分析法，案例分析法等研究方法，结合所学专业理论知识，总结出朝阳小区项目质量管理的现状与不足，并制定提出相应的质量管理对策与方案，促进了质量管理体系的完善与进步，推进了项目质量管理的发展进程，对建筑业未来探索和研究有积极向上的参考价值和意义。此研究中种种不可抗拒素虽然使探索过程存在一些不足，我相信只有不断地探索，不断地研究，不断地积累经验，就可以不断完善质量管理体系与理论，使工程管理的方案和实施跟着时代的进步和变化时时推进，与时俱进，同时也可以科学合理的应用朝阳小区工程项目中，在此领域中将工程管理概念发扬光大。 关键词:建设工程项目；质量管理；可行性研究；风险分析 Research on quality management of construction project—Taking Chaoyang District of a city as an example Abstract: With the rapid development and progress of social economy,China's construction industry is gradually rising and improving, and its scale is expanding. It also produces a variety of building systems.Similarly, the construction quality has become the focus of attention.Its advantages and disadvantages directly and indirectly affect the development of social and economic level. In recent years, the frequent occurrence of engineering accidents makes our country put the safety problem in the extremely important position of the construction market development. In this paper, through the study of Chaoyang District case, the use of PDCA cycle principle, literature analysis,case analysis and other research methods, combined with the professional theoretical knowledge,summed up the current situation and shortcomings of Chaoyang District project quality management, and put forward the corresponding quality management countermeasures and programs,promoted the improvement and progress of quality management system, promoted the development of project quality management It has positive reference value and significance for the future exploration and research of the construction industry. Although all kinds of irresistible factors in this research make the exploration process have some shortcomings,I believe that only by continuous exploration, continuous research and continuous accumulation of experience,can we continuously improve the quality management system and theory,make the project management plan and implementation advance with theprogress and change of the times, keep pace with the times, and also can scientifically and reasonably apply Chaoyang community project In the project, the concept of project management will be carried forward in this field.
