浅谈工程项目管理要素——质量、成本、工期、安全

摘 要
 
项目管理是在项目活动中运用一定专业知识、技术、工具和方法,计划、组织、协调和控制一个项目,并使其在限定的资源条件下实现或超越预期目标的活动过程。项目管理需要控制的要素有很多,其中在工程项目管理这个分支中最主要、难度最高并且贯穿于工程建设全过程的主要是质量管理、工期管理和成本管理。除此之外,近年来对于安全的管理也逐渐被重视起来。本章将依次从管理的角度论述质量管理、成本管理和工期管理的方法,并分析质量、成本和工期三要素之间的关系,以及质量、成本和工期三要素与安全之间的联系。并通过以上分析提出能使工程质量符合合同标准,成本不超过预算,工期不超过合同要求的绿色安全办法。

Abstract
 
Project management is the process of planning, organizing,coordinating and controlling a project by using certain professional knowledge, technology, tools and methods in the project activities, and making it achieve or exceed the expected goals under the limited resource conditions. There are many elements that need to be controlled in project management,among which the most important,most difficult and throughout the whole process of project construction are quality management, time limit management and cost management. In addition, in recent years, the management of security has been gradually paid attention to.This chapter will discuss the methods of quality management,cost management and construction period management from theperspective of management in turn,and analyze the relationship between the three elements of quality, cost and construction period, as well as the relationship between the three elements of quality, cost and construction period and safety. And through the above analysis,the green safety method that can make the project quality meet the contract standard, the cost does not exceed the budget, the time limit does not exceed the contract requirement is put forward.
