摘要:房地产的建筑工程项目和我国每一位国民的生活息息相关,具有十分重要的实际意义,而房地产项目的质量管理问题是整个房地产建筑行业中十分重要的一环。由于房地产行业在近几年发展十分迅猛,所以部分房地产企业在不断完成工程项目的过程中,忽视了质量问题,而房地产企业建筑工程中质量问题很容易对人民群众的生活质量甚至生命安全产生影响,所以研究房地产企业的建筑工程质量管理有着非常重要的现实意义。本文以湖北省内A房地产企业的建筑工程项目为例,分析我国当前背景下整个房地产企业中存在的项目质量问题,并提出切实有效的解决方法,以帮助房地产企业提升工程项目质量水平,保证人民群众的生活质量和生命安全。本文介绍了房地产项目质量的内涵、特点和影响因素,并衍生出房地产项目质量管理的管理特点和管理原则及管理方法,并对A房地产企业的建筑工程项目听行了现实性的分析,指出A房地产工程项目中存在的一些问题,从而提出具体的对策,从而有效地帮助A房地产企业提升建筑工程项目的质量管理。

Application of Project Quality Management in Construction Project -- Takingthe Construction Project of A Real Estate Enterprise as an Example

Abstract

The real estate construction project is closely related to every citizen's life in our country, which has very important practical significance. The quality management of the real estate project is a veryimportant link in the whole real estate construction industry. Because in recent years the real estate industry development is very rapid,so part of the real estate enterprise constantly in the process of the project, ignored the quality problem,the real estate enterprises in the construction engineering quality problem is very easy to influence the safety of life and even the quality of life of the people, so the real estate enterprise of construction engineering quality management has very important practical significance. Taking the construction project of A real estate enterprise in Hubei Province as an example, this paper analyzes the project quality problems existing in the whole real estate enterprise under the current background in China,and puts forward practical and effective solutions to help the real estate enterprise to improve the quality of the project and ensure the quality and life safety of the people. This paper introduces the connotation, characteristics and influence factors of real estate project quality,and derived the management characteristics of real estate project quality management and the management principle and management method, and hear about A real estate enterprise's construction project feasibility analysis, points out some problems existing in A real estate project,and then puts forward the specific countermeasures, so as to effectively help A real estate enterprises improve the quality of construction engineering project management.
