| 东莞航特猎人公司跨境电子商务运营策略研究
摘要:近年来，境电子商务发展迅猛，成为外贸发展的新亮点。然而跨境电商存在着商品流行时间短、平台政策不确定性、供应周期长等特点，导致跨境电商在运营过程中出现了商品积压、物流成本过高、商品销售前期投入较高等问题，成为阻碍跨境电商顺利成长和发展的主要矛盾，跨境电子商务公司要想取得成功需要选择适合自身的运营策略。因此本文通过对航特猎人公司面向消费者的B2C跨境平台的运营策略进行深入研究，以期能够为广大中小型跨境电商公司的长久持续发展提供一些建议。

ABSTRACT:Inrecentyears,therapiddevelopmentofe-commercehasbecomeanewbrightspotinthedevelopmentofforeigntrade.However,cross-bordere-commercehasthecharacteristicsofshortcommoditypopularitytime,platformpolicyuncertaintyandlongsupplycycle,whichleadtotheproblemsofoverstockingofgoods,highlogisticscostandhighinvestmentintheearlystageofcommoditysalesintheoperationprocessofcross-bordere-commerce,whichbecomethemaincontradictionhinderingthesmoothgrowthanddevelopmentofcross-bordere-commerce.Inordertosucceed,cross-bordere-commercecompaniesneedtochoosetherightchoiceInlinewithitsownoperationstrategy.Therefore,thispapermakesanin-depthstudyontheoperationstrategyoftheB2Ccross-borderplatformforconsumersofhunter,inordertoprovidesomesuggestionsforthelong-termandsustainabledevelopmentofthemajorityofsmallandmedium-sized
