摘要

 

公司的办公用品管理工作在公司中具有很重要的地位，而一些公司至今还沿用着传统的办公用品管理方式，不仅效率很低在安全方面也没有保障。这一严重问题已经影响了公司的发展，本系统的开发目的就是解决这疑难问题，从公司的角度出发看待问题，开发出适合的公司办公用品管理系统。本系统的开发工具用的是MyEclipse和SQLServer来存储数据，在系统中是使用Java语言开发，主要使用了Servlet和Javabean的功能。让本系统操作起来简单快捷。

 

本系统很好的实现了公司办公用品管理的基本功能，在管理员成功登录系统后，就可以对人员和办公用品进行增删改查，可以清楚的看到办公用品的详细信息，当员工需要领取办工用品就需要先提交申请，申请先经过部门负责人的审核再经过管理员的审核，当二者都审核通过后，员工才可以领取办公用品，反之则不行，这就极大的优化了公司的办公用品的管理制度，给公司的人员带来了便捷。

This system well realizes the basic functions of the company's office supplies management.After the administrator successfully logs in to the system,he can add, delete, modify and check personnel and office supplies, and he can clearly see the detailed information of the office supplies. When employees need to receive For office supplies, you need to submit an application first.The application is first reviewed by the department head and then by the administrator.After both are approved, employees can receive office supplies, and vice versa.This is a great optimization.The company's office supplies management system brings convenience to the company's personnel.
