| 基于链接分析法的中美政府数据开放网站影响力比较研究 摘要：【目的】政府数据开放有助于构建起一个动态循环的开放数据生态系统，推动智慧城市的构建。【方法】借助Yahoo工具收集中美33个城市政府数据开放网站的链接数据，使用7个链接指标并结合灰色关联分析法来评估网站影响力。【结果】对数据进行分析后，发现与美国部分城市相比，中国城市存在网站的整体规模小和完备性比较差，网站的内部层次结构不完整，但网站的影响力和辐射力有所提高等特征。 关键词：链接分析；灰色关联分析；政府数据开放网站；影响力 Abstract：【Purpose】 The opening of government data helps to build a dynamic ecosystem of open data cycle and promote the construction of smart city. 【Method】 Using Yahoo tools to collect the data of the open links of government websites in 33 cities of China and the United States, and using seven link indicators and gray relational analysis to evaluate the website's influence. 【Result】After analyzing the data, we found that compared with some cities in the United States, the overall size and completeness of Chinese cities are relatively poor, the internal structure of the site is not complete, but the website's influence and radiation are improved.
