| 应用大数据分析上海市住院医师规范化培训 结业综合考核通过率的影响因素 摘要 近年国家卫生健康委员会相继颁发了《住院医 师规范化培训基地认定标准》和《住院医师规范化培训内容与标准(试行)总则》， 上海从2010年开始住院医师规范化培训开始已经历了十一年时间， 本研究旨以近三年（2018年-2020年）上海市 住院医师规范化培训结业综合考试情况作为主体， 研究与上海市住院医师规范化培训过程管理中涉及的各项影响因素， 发现目前所面临的问题， 由此对上海市各住院医师规范化培训专业基地 的各方面水平等做出判断并加以梳理汇总， 对上海市住院医师规范化培训的培训质量实施动态管理， 保证其标准化、同质化、规范化。 结合通过上海市内拥有上海市住院医师规范化培训资质的培训医院的年招收率， 各培训医院的教学方面所做工作， 例如小讲课、教学查房等住院医师规范化培训 细则中要求的教学实施情况等的实施情况， 来评估上海市三级医院和二级医院的培训质量。 关键词：住院医师； 规范化培训； 模式； 考核 Abstradt In recent years, the National Health and Health Commission has issued the Standard for the Identification of standardized training bases for resident physicians and the General Principles for standardized training contents and standards for resident physicians. It has been 11 years since 2010 in Shanghai. In this paper, the level of standardized training professional bases for resident doctors in Shanghai is judged and summarized, and the training quality of standardized training for resident doctors in Shanghai is dynamically managed to ensure its standardization, homogeneity and standardization.
