| 《内经》关于腹胀的认识 摘要 生活中腹胀时常出现，病因复杂多样。通过查阅《内经》及相关资料，并将其归纳总结，认为腹胀的病因病机主要包括脾肾虚损，肝失疏泄，肝藏血等功能失常，脏腑被邪气侵袭，阴阳气机失调，瘀血积聚等，须根据病症虚实，腹胀类型，病情轻重，进行药物及针灸治疗。 ABSTRACT Abdominal distension occurs frequently in our lives, and its causes are complex and varied.Through the consult neijing and related data, and to sum up,think of bloating pathogenesis mainly includes the spleen and kidney damage, liver pathogenesis,the function such as liver storing blood disorders, viscera was evil, disorder of qi activity of Yin and Yang, blood stasis accumulation, etc., shall be according to the condition the actual situation,abdominal distension type, illness weight, drugs and acupuncture therapy. 关键词：内经；腹胀；病因病机；实证虚证 |
