| 终末期肾病患者家庭腹膜透析的预后不良事件分析 摘要 目的：通过调查60例家庭维持性腹膜透析的病人，进行预后不良事件分析，探讨并评估家庭护理对患者的预后的相关影响。方法：以腹膜透析家庭护理知识为指导，对60例经过家庭腹膜透析的病人，进行预后不良事件分析，加强家庭腹膜透析护理关于改善腹膜透析患者的预后管理，并在此基础上，探讨出相对应的护理对策。结果：通过对60例家庭腹膜透析患者的预后不良事件分析，得到更加科学、合理的家庭腹膜透析患者护理方案,通过在透析过程中的运用，取得较好的效果。结论：积极健康的心理护理，能有效改善预后，减少不良事件的发生。 关键词：家庭腹膜透析；预后；不良事件；护理 ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate and evaluate the effect of home care on the prognosis of 60 patients undergoing home maintenance peritoneal dialysis.Methods: Under the guidance of family nursing knowledge of peritoneal dialysis,adverse events of prognosis were analyzed for 60 patients who underwent familyperitoneal dialysis, and the prognosis management of patients with peritonealdialysis was improved by strengthening family peritoneal dialysis nursing, and on this basis, the corresponding nursing countermeasures were discussed.Results: Through the analysis of adverse events in the prognosis of 60 patients with family peritoneal dialysis, a more scientific and reasonable nursing plan for family peritoneal dialysis patients was obtained, and a better effect was achieved through its application in the dialysis process.Conclusion: active and healthy psychological nursing can effectively improve the prognosis and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
