| 山茱萸药理学研究进展 【摘要】：山茱萸（Corni officinalis）是我国传统中医药中的一种重要药材，已有2000多年的历史。味酸而涩，性微温。根据现代药理学研究，从山茱萸中分离鉴定出约90种化合物。体内和体外实验研究表明山茱萸具有广泛的药理活性，包括降血糖、抗氧化、抗炎、抗癌、神经保护、抗骨质疏松等活性。然而，只有约18%的化学成分的山茱萸进行了测试。这意味着山茱萸的潜在药理活性和临床应用价值有待进一步研究。本文专注于药用化学结构，药理学和毒性研究。并对该药的研究方向和前景进行了展望。 关键词：山茱萸；药理作用；研究进展 Progress in pharmacological studies of Cornus officinalis 【Abstract】：Corni officinalis is an important medicinal material in Chinese traditional medicine, which has a history of more than 2000 years.Taste sour and astringent, the sex is lukewarm.According to modern pharmacological studies,about 90 compounds were isolated and identified from Cornus officinalis.In vivo and in vitro studies have shown that Cornus officinalis has a wide range of pharmacological activities, including hypoglycemic, antioxidant,anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, neuroprotective, anti-osteoporosis and other activities.However, only about 18 percent of the chemical content of dogwood has been tested.This suggests that the potential pharmacological activity and clinical application value of Cornus officinalis should be further studied.This paper focuses on the chemical structure, pharmacology, and toxicity of medicinal plants.The research direction and prospect of this drug were also prospected.
