| 浅析新媒体环境下的网络谣言现象 ——以“双黄连事件例” 中 文 摘 要 新媒体时代，信息传播速度快、范围广的特点在给人们带来便利的同时，也为网络谣言的滋生和扩散创造了条件。媒介技术的不断进步，网络谣言的传播也呈现出了新的特点。谣言自古有之，不仅伴随着人类的诞生和人类社会的形成、发展乃至进步，而且借助了人类所创造出来的新的媒体形态，使其在传播范围、速度和影响力等方面得到了极大的扩展。其后果轻则发生群体事件、破坏社会稳定，重则使政府形象受损，失去公信力。 本文旨在分析网络谣言的传播特点，传播危害以及对其治理措施。 关键词：新媒体；网络谣言；现状；治理 Abstract In the era of new media,the characteristics offast information transmission speed and wide range not only bring convenience to people, but also create conditions for the breeding and spreading of Internet rumors. With the continuous progress of media technology,the spread of network rumors has also taken on new characteristics. Since ancient times, rumors have not only been accompanied by the birth of human beings and the formation, development and progress of human society,but also with the help of new media forms created by human beings, which has greatly expanded its spread scope, speed and influence. The consequences can be as light as mass events and social stability damage,and as serious as the image of the government and the loss of public trust.
