摘要

伴随着国家环保政策的不断完善和汽车尾气治理力度的不断加大，电动车以方便快捷、价廉物美、环保等优点，已成为老百姓外出代步的重要交通工具，深受老百姓喜爱，让电动车走进千家万户，走进普通老百姓的家中。但是据有关部门介绍，部分电动车内部结构和时速差异较小，安全性能远低于普通汽车，存在严重的安全隐患。近几年来，由于电动车交通违法行为引起的交通事故呈逐年增加趋势，加强电动车管理已成为当前及今后道路交通安全管理工作中不可忽视的重要问题，现结合实际，就浙江省电动车的现状、管理难点、管理对策浅谈几点看法。

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of national environmental protection policies and the continuous increase of automobile exhaust control, electric vehicles have become an important means of transportation for people to go out for travel, with the advantages of convenience, low price, high quality and environmental protection, etc., and are deeply loved by the people. Let electric vehicles into thousands of households, into the homes of ordinary people. However, according to the relevant departments, some electric vehicles have small differences in internal structure and speed, and their safety performance is far lower than that of ordinary cars, and there are serious safety risks. In recent years, due to the traffic accidents caused by electric vehicles' illegal behaviors have been increasing year by year, strengthening the management of electric vehicles has become an important issue that cannot be ignored in the current and future road traffic safety management. Now, combining with the actual situation, the management difficulties and management countermeasures of jinhua electric vehicles are briefly discussed.
