浅析柔韧性训练对国标舞训练的作用 摘 要:舞蹈作为运用人体语言动作来表达人类情感的艺术形式,在完成一些高难度动作时,它必然会对人体部位的关节、韧带以及肌肉能力有一些要求。柔韧训练是指关节活动的幅度、肌肉和韧度的伸展舒展能力。一个好的柔韧可以大大增加各关节的活动幅度和灵活度,使得舞蹈动作更加美观,也可以使得舞者很轻松的完成高难度的技巧动作,进行柔韧性训练有利于减少舞者在训练中产生身体损伤的可能性,可以有效提高舞者的意志品质,也可以使得舞者在表演时的动作更加稳定。本文对国标舞训练中影响柔韧性训练的因素进行了研究,提出了柔韧性训练对国标舞训练的作用。 关键词:柔韧性;训练;国标舞;作用 Analysis of the role of flexibility training in ballroom dance training Abstract:Dance is an art form that purely uses human movements to express human emotions.When completing some difficult movements,it will inevitably have some requirements on the joints, toughness and muscle abilities of human body parts. Flexibility training is the ability to stretch and stretchthe range of movement of the knuckles, muscles and firmness. A good flexibility can increase the range of activities and flexibility,make the dance movements more beautiful,also can make the dancer is very easy tocomplete the skill of difficult movements, flexibility training is beneficial to avoid physical injury in training dancers, can effectively improve the quality of the dancer's will, can make the dancer on performances of movement is more stable. This paper studies the factors that influence the flexibility training in ballroom dance training and puts forward the effect of flexibility training on ballroom dance training.
