摘要：在我国蒙古族舞蹈发展的历史过程中，盅碗舞作为一种重要的舞蹈形式出现在人们的视野中。盅碗舞是蒙古族人民在聚众活动中具有代表性的舞蹈形式，主要流传在我国的内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市。盅碗舞由民间发展到宫廷再发展到民间，由头顶灯盏，手托灯盏发展到现在的头顶碗，手持酒盅的舞蹈。经历了漫长的发展过程。笔者试图对蒙古族盅碗舞的体态特征和风格特点进行具体归纳、分析，以分析盅碗舞的经典作品作为切入点，深入研究作品背后所映射出的文化内涵和宗教气息等特征，由表及里剖析出盅碗舞的风格特点并探究其传承意义。为蒙古族舞蹈的发展与传播尽一份绵薄之力。

Abstract: in the historical process of the development of Mongolian Dance in China, cup and bowl dance, as an important form of dance, appears in people's vision. Cup and bowl dance is a representative form of Mongolian dance,which is mainly spread in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Cup and bowl dance has developed from the folk to the court, and then to the folk.It has experienced a long process of development from the head lamp andhand holding lamp to the dance of holding wine cup on the top of the head. The author attempts to summarize and analyze the body characteristics and style characteristics of Mongolian cup and bowl dance. Taking the analysis of classic works of cup and bowl dance as the breakthroughpoint, the author deeply studies the cultural connotation and religious flavorreflected behind the works,analyzes the style characteristics of cup and bowl dance from the outside to the inside, and explores its inheritance significance. For the development and dissemination of Mongolian dance to make a modest contribution.
