| 厦漳泉都市区建设用地扩张 及其驱动力分析
摘要
在我国快速城市化的背景之下，逐渐形成了越来越多的处于扩张中的大城市群，进行对城市群建设用地扩张的研究，了解其建设用地扩张的趋势和规律，分析其驱动力因素，越来越具有重要的理论及现实意义。因此，充分了解厦漳泉都市区建设用地的扩张情况，对缓解土地利用与生态环境之间的矛盾，优化城市的发展模式，具有非常重要的意义。
本文以厦漳泉都市区为研究对象，选取2010、2015及2019三年的Landsat遥感影像，采用监督分类的方法提取建设用地，接着，采用核密度分析法进行扩张趋势的分析。结果表明，从2010年到2019年厦漳泉都市区建设用地面积不断扩大，由2010年的4308.19km2到19年扩大为5678.54km2，扩大了约1.3倍，期间研究区总用地面积增长了1371km2，扩展速度152.3km2/a，强度指数为3.5%。
对城市扩张驱动力分析结果表明，首先，在政策的推动下，厦漳泉的建设用地面积扩张；其次，经济的发展为厦漳泉都市区的建设用地扩张提供资金保障；此外，交通的一体化发展也促使城市扩张速度不断加快。

Abstract
Under the background of rapid urbanization in China,more and more large urban agglomerations are gradually formed in the expansion. Therefore, it is of more and more important theoretical and practical significanceto study the expansion of construction land in urban agglomerations,understand the trend and law of the expansion of construction land, and analyze the driving factors. Therefore, it is of great significance to fully understand the expansion of construction land in Xiamen Zhangquan Metropolitan Area to alleviate the contradiction between land use and ecological environment and optimize the development model of the city.
This paper takes Xiamen Zhangquan Metropolitan Area as the research object,selects the Landsat remote sensing images of 2010, 2015 and 2019,uses the method of supervised classification to extract the construction land, and then uses the kernel density analysis method to analyze the expansion trend. The results show that from 2010 to 2019,the area of construction land in Xiamen Zhangquan Metropolitan Area continues to expand, from 4308.19km2 in 2010 to 5678.54km2 in 2010, an increase of about 1.3 times.During this period,the total land area in the study area increased by 1371km2, the expansion rate was 152.3km2/a, and the intensity index was 3.5%.
The analysis of the driving force of urban expansion shows that, first of all,the construction land area of Xiamen Zhangquan expands under the promotion of the policy. Secondly, economic development provides financial guarantee for the expansion of construction land in Xiamen Zhangquan Metropolitan Area; In addition,the integrated development of transportation has also accelerated the speed of urban expansion.
