黄土铁路路基桩网复合地基设计及施工
摘 要
目前,我国在黄土地区修建铁路,由于经济技术因素,设计标准不够高,特别是黄土路基工后沉降控制不严格;绝大多数路基直接用黄土填筑,没有做任何改良;现有的湿陷性黄土地基处理的技术方法和设计参数的确定,以及所取得的成果大多都是针对民用和工业建筑工程。而路基工程中的黄土地基未经有效处理和加固,如果在地区气候和地面排水条件发生变化,则引起黄土地基工程水文地质条件发生变化,影响黄土的工程性质,产生不均匀沉陷,对路基工程中的结构物产生不利影响。如今,随着我国高速铁路的修建,对新的路基技术标准提出了更高的要求,建设中不得不面临黄土铁路路基的处理问题。因此,为了将黄土的湿陷性消除,进而提高路基承载力,以保证工后沉降量满足标准,进一步开展黄土铁路路基桩网复合地基的研究,具有十分重要的工程实际意义。
本文通过黄土的工程特性,黄土路基的特点,介绍黄土湿陷性的在路基建设中的突出问题。同时探究地基沉降的机理,介绍其对高速铁路的影响,并说明高速铁路应对沉降的标准及其依据。
下来以一般的桩网复合地基设计开始探究,从而以郑西客运专线为例,进一步完成黄土铁路CFG桩桩网复合地基设计。
经过了解机理和尝试设计,深入探究了黄土路基沉降的基本规律和影响因素,在此基础上,通过实例和成熟经验,总结控制路基沉降的施工方法与技术措施。

Abstract
At present, China's railway construction in loess area,due to economic and technical factors,design standards are not high enough,especially not strictly control the settlement of loess roadbed; most directly with loess subgrade filling, did not make any improvement; determine the existing collapsibility technical method and design parameters of loess foundation treatment, and outcomes the most is for the construction of civil and industrial engineering. The Loess Subgrade in engineering without effective treatment and reinforcement,if changes in climate and surface drainage conditions,will cause changes in hydrological engineering geological conditions of loess foundation, influence the engineering properties of loess, the uneven subsidence of Adversely affect the structure in subgrade engineering. Nowadays, with China's high-speed railway construction,put forward higher requirements on the new subgrade technical standards, have to face the problem of railway subgrade construction in loess. Therefore, in order to eliminate the collapsibility of loess,and improve the bearing capacity,to ensure after the settlement to meet the standard, further study on the Loess composite foundation pile in railway network, has very important practical significance.
In this paper, the engineering properties of loess,the characteristics of loess subgrade, the collapsibility of Loess Subgrade in the construction of the outstanding problems. At the same time exploring the mechanism of foundation settlement,the influence of high-speed railway, and explain the standard and basis to high-speed railway settlement.
Down to the general design of pile net composite foundation began to explore,so as to the West Railway Passenger Dedicated Line as an example,to further complete the design of the Loess railway CFG pile composite foundation
Based on the understanding of the mechanism and the design of the experiment,the basic laws and influencing factors of the settlement of the loess subgrade are studied in depth. On the basis of this, the construction methods and technical measures for controlling thesettlement of the subgrade are summarized through examples and mature experiences.
