沥青冷再生技术在公路大修中的应用研究

沥青冷再生技术在公路大修中的应用研究


摘要
 
随着我国公路交通事业的迅猛发展,基础建设的步伐也在与日俱增。随之而来的是公路管养工作的日益加剧,管养水平相较于国外发达国家而言,趋于落后。公路沥青路面的长时间荷载运行下,一些严重摩损与破坏问题日益增加,二次修建的维护费用与污染均在不同程度的影响着社会的发展,并且破损严重的路面给人们的交通出行,也相应带来一定的影响。为此,沥青冷再生的技术应用,在公路大修中已经成为一种主流的发展方向,其自身具有资源消耗少、施工简单、工作效率高、环境保护好等诸多优势,已经在我国得到了广泛性的应用,但是因该技术引进国内较晚,我国地区性差异问题较大,致使目前沥青冷再生技术在公路大修中的技术质量应用依据较少,普遍延用的试验规程与技术规范,均没有制定针对性的标准,依规程度缺乏。因此,本研究为了进一步满足沥青冷再生技术在公路大修中的技术应用依据,具体做了如下工作:
 
收集了国内外关于沥青冷再生技术在公路大修中的应用研究文献,进一步了解国内外的研究前沿动态,从而为本次研究提供一定的理论与实践依据,通过文献的综合述评,进一步梳理目前国内外沥青冷再生技术在公路大修中的实际应用方法,以及相应的评价结果,进一步确定了沥青冷再生技术的可靠性。
 
通过对国内外文献的梳理,结合相关规范、标准等,进一步解读与确定本次的研究案例对象中所涉及的泡沫沥青冷再生技术的相关理论,了解沥青发泡的机理,混合料的形成机理,以及泡沫沥青的适用范围,更好的为本次案例中的沥青冷再生技术奠定基础理念研究依据。
 
提出本次案例研究对象的配合比设计,深入分析材料的级配组成,以及目标配合比的设计,对每一种材料均进行了科学的试验及检测,保证配合比的和易性,以及可靠性,并针对冷再生的混合料性能进行分析,主要包括路用性能分析、力学性能分析、疲劳性能分析,从而为本次案例研究的对象提供施工所需的配合比。
 
介绍本次研究的大兴区采万路工程项目中的沥青冷再生技术的具体应用情况,详细描述了泡沫冷再生反术的应用过程,施工工艺,以及实体工程铺筑的效果,并在过程中通过检验,明确沥青冷再生技术的适用性。
 
本文对沥青冷再生技术在公路大修中的应用情况进行了1~5年的跟踪观测,通过整理的评价结果,进一步证实的了沥青冷再生技术的适用性,各项指标均能够达到标准要求。
 
综上所述,沥青冷再生技术在公路大修中具有较强的适用性,路面结构承载能力、外观质量、平整度均能够达到标准要求,能够有效的延长道路的使用寿命,沥青冷再生技术可以进行广泛性的应用。

Abstract
 
With the vigorous development of China's highway transportation industry,the pace of infrastructure construction is also increasing day by day. Along with this is the increasing intensification of road maintenance,and the level of maintenance tends to lag behind that of developed countries abroad. Under the long-term load operation of highway asphalt pavement, some serious friction and damage problems are increasing. The maintenance cost and pollution of the second construction affect the development ofsociety to varying degrees, and the severely damaged pavement gives people transportation. It also has a certain impact.For this reason, the application of cold asphalt recycling technology has become a mainstream development direction in road overhaul. It has many advantages such as low resource consumption,simple construction, high work efficiency, good environmental protection, etc., and has been widely used in China.However, due to the late introduction of this technology in China and the large regional differences in China, the technical quality application of asphalt cold recycling technology in highway overhaul is less,and the commonly used test procedures and technical specifications are all There are no targeted standards, and there is a lack of compliance. Therefore, in order to further enrich the technical application basis of asphalt cold recycling technology in highway overhaul, this study specifically did the following work:
 
Collected domestic and foreign research literature on the application of asphalt cold recycling technology in highwayoverhaul, to further understand the domestic and foreign research frontier dynamics,so as to provide a certain theoretical and practical basis for this research,through a comprehensive review of the literature,further combing the current domestic The practical application method of external asphalt cold recycling technology in highway overhaul and the corresponding evaluation results further determine the reliability of asphalt cold recycling technology.
 
Through combing the domestic and foreign literatures, combined with relevant norms, standards, etc., to further interpret and determine the relevant theories of foam asphalt cold recycling technology involved in the case object of this study,understand the mechanism of asphalt foaming and the formationmechanism of the mixture ,And the scope of application of foamed asphalt, better to lay the foundation of the basic idea research basis for the cold recycling technology of asphalt in this case.
 
Propose the mix design of the object of this case study,deeply analyze the gradation composition of the material, and the design of the target mix ratio. Each material has been scientifically tested and tested to ensure the ease of mix ratio and reliability And analyze the performance of the cold recycled mixture,mainly including road performance analysis,mechanical performance analysis, and fatigue performance analysis, so as to provide the mix ratio required for the construction of this case study.
 
Introduce the specific application of asphalt cold recycling technology in the Caiwan Road project of Daxingdistrict in this study, describe in detail the application process,construction process, and effect of paving of the cold foam recycling operation,and in the process Through inspection, the applicability of asphalt cold recycling technology is clarified.
 
In this study, the application of asphalt cold recycling technology in highway overhaul was tracked and observed for 1 to 5 years. Through the evaluation results,the applicability of asphalt cold recycling technology was further confirmed, and all indicators can meet the standard requirements.
 
In summary, the asphalt cold recycling technology has strong applicability in highway overhaul, the pavement structure bearing capacity, appearance quality,and flatness can all meet the standard requirements, which can effectively extend the pavement service life. Asphalt cold recycling technology can be carried out Wide application.
