建筑外墙保温施工技术探究 摘 要 在建筑业的不断发展进程中,建筑工程外围护结构的热损耗在节能专项工程中是较大的,外围护结构中墙体占据了较大比例。墙体节能技术的发展和建筑墙体改革是建筑节能技术的一个最重要的环节,发展外墙保温技术成为建筑节能工程发展的主要途径。本文首先从外墙内保温、外墙夹心保温和外墙外保温的构造及特点、施工特点以及应用情况进行了阐述;然后对外墙保温材料、增强网、外保护层材料的选择进行了分析;最后重点阐述在外墙保温施工中常见的技术问题,并就相关的技术问题探讨了相应的控制措施。 关键词:建筑工程节能;外墙保温;外墙夹心保温;建筑外墙保温技术探讨 ABSTRACT In the process of the continuous development of the construction industry,the heat loss of the building envelope is large in the special energy-saving projects, and the wall in the external envelope occupies a large proportion. The development of wall energy-saving technology and the reform of building wall are the most important link of building energy-saving technology. The development of external wall insulation technology has become the main way of building energy-saving engineering development. This paper first expounds the structure and characteristics,construction characteristics and application of external wall internal insulation,external wall sandwich insulation and external wall external insulation; then analyzes the selection of external wall thermal insulation materials, reinforcing mesh and external protective layer materials; finally, it focuses on the common technical problems in the construction of external wall thermal insulation, and discusses the corresponding control measures on the related technical problems .
