摘要

进入新时代，我国社会主要矛盾被概括为“人民日益增长的美好生活需要”与“不平衡、不充分的发展”之间的矛盾”，当然，人民的“美好生活需要”中也包括对优美生态环境的需要。随着人们生活水平的提升，人民群众对身心健康的重视程度，对生态环境问题的敏感度、关注度明显增强，对天蓝、地绿、水清的优美生态环境的追求也更加强烈。与此同时，我国在粗放型经济发展模式的影响下，涌现了大量的生态环境问题，这导致人们“生态”幸福维度的缺失，严重影响到人们的幸福生活。习近平生态幸福观就是在这样一个现实矛盾背景下产生的，适应我国社会主要矛盾的转变，满足了人们对生态幸福生活的新期待，是对习近平生态文明思想的进一步深化和发展。本文主要包括五个组成部分：

第一部分，绪论。主要介绍本次论文的选题缘由与选题意义；国内外研究现状；研究思路与方法；研究重点、难点与创新点。

第二部分，习近平生态幸福观的形成依据。习近平生态幸福观继承与发展了马克思主义生态幸福观，传承与创新了中华优秀传统文化中的生态幸福观念，批判借鉴了西方马克思主义生态幸福思想。既是对全球绿色浪潮的积极回应，也是对“民生之痛”的深切关怀。习近平生态幸福观的形成与中国共产党人为人民谋幸福的生态实践经验总结、长期工作实践经验的探索创新有着深刻地联系。

第三部分，习近平生态幸福观的内容及特征。以人民为中心是生态幸福的核心，建设生态安全是生态幸福的基本条件，发展绿色生产力是生态幸福的物质基础，留得住乡愁是生态幸福的文化标志，加强制度建设是生态幸福的重要保障。习近平生态幸福观追求人、自然、社会的和谐发展，关注解决时代问题，并与世界人民的幸福息息相通，具有整体性、实践性、开放性的特征。

第四部分，习近平生态幸福观的当代启示。坚持中国共产党的领导，坚持创造幸福与享受幸福相统一，坚持全球生态环境正义。

ABSTRACT

In the new era, the main social contradictions in our country are summarized as the contradiction between "the growing needs of the people for a better life" and "unbalanced and inadequate development ". Of course, the people's" need for a better life "also includes the need for a beautiful ecological environment. With the improvement of people's living standard,the people pay more attention to the physical andmental health, the sensitivity and attention to the ecological environment problems, and the pursuit of the beautiful ecological environment of blue, green and clear water is more intense. At the same time, under the influence of extensive economic development mode,a large number of ecological environmental problems have emerged in China,which leads to the lack of "ecological" happiness dimension, which seriously affects people's happy life. Xi Jinping's view of ecological happiness is produced under the background of such a realistic contradiction, which adapts to the transformation of the main social contradictions in our country, satisfies people's new expectation of ecological happy life,and is the further deepening and development of Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization. This paper consists of five parts:

The first part, introduction.This paper mainly introduces the reason and significance of this thesis,the current research situation at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods, the research emphasis, difficulties and innovation points.

The second part,the basis of Xi Jinping's view of ecological happiness.Xi Jinping's view of ecological happiness inherits and develops Marxist view of ecological happiness, inherits and innovates the concept of ecological happiness in Chinese excellent traditional culture, and criticizes and draws lessons from the western Marxist thought of ecological happiness. It is not only a positive response to the global green wave,but also a deep concern for the pain of people's livelihood. The formation of Xi Jinping's view of ecological happiness is deeply related to the summaryof the ecological practical experience of the Chinese Communists seeking happiness for the people and the exploration and innovation of the long-term practical experience of work.

The third part, the content and characteristics of Xi Jinping's view of ecological happiness.Taking the people as the center is the core of ecological happiness,building ecological security is the basic condition of ecological happiness, developing green productive forces is the material basis ofecological happiness, and keeping homesickness is the cultural symbol of ecological happiness.
