摘 要

姬松茸是一种珍贵的食用药用真菌，目前在国际市场上受到广泛认可，为了实现姬松茸的大面积种植和实现农民经济条件好转，我们通过实验，找到了适合姬松茸菌种培养的培养基，即PDA培养基：切片马铃薯200.0g（沸水煮30min后，6层纱布过滤），葡萄糖20.0g，KH2PO4 3.0g, MgSO4 1.5g ,蛋白胨2.0g，麦麸75.0g,(沸水煮30min后，6层纱布过滤)，加水补至1000ml。同时获得最适菌种生长的基料配方，即若栽培面积500m2,需要玉米秸秆2500kg，干牛粪3000kg，生石灰粉2kg。而且还要注意菌种栽培过程中的注意事项，如温度，水分，光线，空气，酸碱度等的控制。探究到适合菌种培养和大田种植的最适条件，最终实现姬松茸的大面积种植，从而改变农民经济条件，这正是本论文的意义所在。

STRAIN CULTRUE AND FIELD PLANTING OF AGARICUS BLAZEI

ABSTRACT

Agaricus blazei Murrill is a kind of precious edible and medicinal fungi, which is widely recognized in the international market. In order to realize the large-scale cultivation of Agaricus blazei Murrill and the improvement of farmers' economic conditions, we found a suitable culture medium for Agaricus blazei Murrill through experiments, namely PDA culture medium: 200.0 g sliced potato (boiled for 30 min, filtered by 6 layers of gauze), glucose20.0 g , KH2PO43. 0 g, MgSO4 1.5 g, peptone 2.0 g, wheat bran 75.0 g, (after boiling for 30 min, filter with 6 layers of gauze), add water to 1000 ml. At the same time, the optimal substrate formula was obtained, that is, if the cultivation area was 500 m2, 2500 kg of corn straw, 3000 kg of dry cow dung and 2 kg of quicklime powder were needed. But also pay attention to the matters needing attention in the process of strain cultivation, such as the control of temperature, moisture, light, air, pH and so on. To explore the most suitable conditions for strain cultivation and field planting, and finally realize the large-scale cultivation of Agaricus blazei, so as to change the economic conditions of farmers, which is the significance of this paper.
