摘要

随着科技的发展，各行各业的产品更新换代频率都有所增强，而在此背景下需要各个企业对存货具有一定的储备并且需要对存货进行严格的管控。如果存货过少会便会出现缺货而时商品在售卖时丢失一定的市场份额，而过多的存货则会增加企业的流动资产，不利于企业的生产经营，因此对存货管理问题进行研究是目前一个重点问题。本文首先考察了海尔智家存货管理的主要现状。随后，分别考察并归纳了其存货管理过程中存在的各类问题，并结合自身所学和材料整理所获，结合制造业企业发展现状给出了较为有效的优化改良建议，推动海尔智家从根本上提升企业存货管理水平，提高内部治理能力，保证企业内部资金流动性，降低运营风险。也希望能以此完善和优化制造业企业内部存货管理体系，为中国市场其他制造业企业的存货管理起到一定的借鉴作用。

Inventory management and optimization of Haier Zhijia

Abstract

With the development of science and technology,the frequency of product upgrading in all walks of life has increased, and in this context, enterprises need to have a certain reserve of inventory and need to strictly control the inventory. If the inventory is too small, it will be out of stock,and the goods will lose a certain market share when they are sold, and too much inventory will increase the current assets of the enterprise, which is not conducive to the production and operation of the enterprise. Therefore, the research on inventory management is a key problem at present.This paper first investigates the main status of Haier Zhijia inventory management.Then, we investigate and summarize various problems in the process of inventory management,and give more effective optimization and improvement suggestions based on our own learningand material sorting, combined with the development status of manufacturing enterprises,so as to promote Haier Zhijia to fundamentally improve the level of enterprise inventory management, improve the internal governance ability, ensure the internal capital liquidity and reduce operational risk . It also hopes to improve and optimize the internal inventory management systemof manufacturing enterprises,and play a certain reference role for the inventory management of other manufacturing enterprises in the Chinese market.
