| 濮阳市真鑫商贸有限公司存货成本控制的问题及对策 摘要：中小企业占据了我国的大多数市场，在其发展过程中，存货成本控制问题已成为制约中小企业发展壮大的重要因素，是其实现企业经营效益最大化的严重阻力。存货成本控制问题受到越来越多的企业关注，通过控制存货成本，企业既保证了生产经营活动有序开展，又降低了企业销售成本，为企业赢得优势，从而扩大销售渠道及受众，提高其经济效益，促使企业成为行业领头羊。对企业而言，如果库存成本没有得到有效控制，短期内影响企业利润，长期制约企业发展，存货成本是濮阳市真鑫商贸有限公司的重要组成部分，建立健全存货成本控制体系显得尤其重要。本文以企业存货成本控制相关理论为基础，对存货成本控制及各项业务流程及数据进行分析，发现存货持有成本偏高、公司内部信息管理落后、存货采购仓储运输环节成本偏高等问题，针对濮阳市真鑫商贸有限公司的实际情况，探讨采用加强库存成本核算、优化信息管理系统以及降低存货各环节成本等方法去解决该公司存货成本高的问题。通过分析，提出解决濮阳市真鑫商贸有限公司存货成本控制存在的问题的对策，使其存货成本控制趋于专业化。 关键词：存货成本；存货成本控制 Puyang zhenxin trade co., LTD.Inventory cost control problems and countermeasures analysis Abstract：In the process of its development,the problem of inventory cost control hasbecome an important factor restricting the development of smes, and is a serious obstacle to the realization of the maximization of business benefits. Inventory cost control has attracted more and more attention of enterprises.By controlling inventory cost,enterprises not only ensure the orderly development of production and operation activities, but also reduce the cost of sales, so as to gain advantages for enterprises, to expand sales channels and audience, improve its economic efficiency, and promote enterprises to become industry leaders. For Enterprises, if the inventory cost is not effectively controlled,it will affect the profits of enterprises in the short term and restrict the development of enterprises in the long term. The inventory cost is an important part of Puyang Zhenxin Trading Co., Ltd., it is particularly important to establish a sound inventory cost control system.Based on the theory of inventory cost control,this paper analyzes the inventory cost controland various business processes and data,and finds the existing problems in inventory management, this paper discusses the method of eliminating inventory management to solve the problem of high inventory cost of the company. Through the analysis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the inventory cost control of Puyang Zhenxin Trade Co. , Ltd..How to control the cost of inventory, so that enterprises profit maximization,which requires enterprises to continue to explore and find appropriate methods.
