Taking Huawei as an example,this paper analyzes how Huawei uses equity incentive to become a leader in the communication industry. Through appropriate incentive measures,Huawei stimulates the potential of employees and the vitality of the enterprise, so as to let the employee member enterprise share owners. The purpose of this paper is to analyze Huawei's equity incentive policy based on the theoretical basis of equity incentive, and then draw a conclusion and enlightenment.
