轿车鼓式驻车制动器的设计毕业论文
摘要
目前,中国是世界第一汽车生产和销售大国,随着汽车保有量的增加,汽车的安全问题的也日益突出,而制动系统是最有效的主动安全装置之一。
本文主要介绍了后轮鼓式制动机构的设计方案。首先讨论了汽车制动系统的生产、结构和分类,然后分析了鼓式制动器和盘式制动器的结构、优点和缺点。计算和确定前盘和后鼓式制动器,以及制动主缸的关键尺寸和结构;对制动系统指标进行评估和校核;最后,基于UG仿真技术对其进行装配与仿真,绘制后制动单元、制动鼓部件和制动蹄部件的零件图。
本次设计的计算结果表明:设计的制动系统是合理的、符合标准的;其满足结构简单、成本低、工作可靠等要求。

Abstract
At present, China is the largest automobile production and sales country in the world.With the increase of car ownership,the problem of automobile safety has become increasingly prominent, and the braking system is one of the most effective active safety devices.
This paper mainly introduces the design of the drum brake mechanism of the rear wheel.This paper first discusses the production,structure and classification of automobile brake system, and then analyzes the structure, advantages and disadvantages of drum brake and disc brake. The key dimensions and structures of the front disc and rear drum brake,as well as the brake master cylinder are calculated and determined;the indexes of the brake system are evaluated and checked; finally,the assembly and simulation are carried out based on UG simulationtechnology, and the part drawings of the rear brake unit, brake drum components and brake shoe components are drawn.
The calculation results of this design show that the designed braking system is reasonable and in line with the standard,and it meets the requirements of simple structure, low cost and reliable operation.
