摘 要：改革开放以来,中国在内外环境作用下中国园区对演变和发展成为来中国经济发展对重要线路，传统单一园区已经不能满足发展现状，跨省市共建园区成为发展对新改革，能做到优势互补、资源共享、利益共同，在多主体协同下，产业园得到有益发展。在本文对漕河径海宁分区当前的治理模式进行分析,以协同治理理论SFIC模型作为本文对分析方法,以SFIC协同合作的视角下来分析漕河泾海宁分区现状优势及借鉴意义,并总结自己的建议与启示,对共建园区对未来发展方向进行展望。

A study on multi-agent governance model of inter-provincial industrial parks: A case studyof "Caohejing Haining district" in Shanghai and Zhejiang Science and Technology City

Abstract: since the reform and opening up, under the influence of internal and external environment,Chinese parks have evolved and developed into an important route for China's economic development. The traditional single park can no longer meet the development status quo,and the cross provincial and municipal co construction of parks has becomea new development direction for the new reform, which can achieve complementary advantages, resource sharing, and common interests. Under the cooperation of multiple subjects, the industrial parks can get beneficial development.In this paper, the current governance model of Haining District of Caohejing river is analyzed,and SFIC model of collaborative governance theory is used as the analysis method of this paper. From the perspective of SFIC collaborative cooperation,the advantages and reference significance of Haining District of Caohejing River are analyzed, and the suggestions and enlightenment are summarized, and the future development direction of the co construction Park is prospected.
