地缘经济视角下粤港澳大湾区发展战略之研究

摘要

粤港澳大湾区是我国经济建设的一个重要城市群区域,依托珠三角地区的广州等大城市,在二十几年的建设中逐步形成了创新高地、资本要素高地。如何突破贸易壁垒,加强广东与香港澳门的资本要素流动是粤港澳大湾区建设的一大难题。本文通过文献研究法,简要梳理了现有的城市群发展状况,分析了粤港澳大湾区的优越的地理位置,以经济一体化为发展方向,提出了粤港澳经济发展的交通、法律、环境等问题的解决方法,在“一国两制”的制度前提情况下,依靠CEPA实现湾区经济的进一步发展。本文在地缘经济视角下进行审视,对研究粤港澳大湾区的后续发展具有重要意义,为其他研究者提供了借鉴。

Research on the Development Strategy of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from the Perspective of Geo-economy

Abstract

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is an importanturban agglomeration area for my country's economic construction. Relying on large cities such as Guangzhou in the Pearl River Delta,it has gradually formed an innovative highland and a highland of capital factors in the construction of more than two decades. How to break through trade barriers and strengthen the flow of capital factors between Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macau is a major problem in the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. This article briefly combs the existing urban agglomerations of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao through the literature research method,analyzes the advantageous geographical location of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,takes economic integration as the development direction, and proposes the transportation and legal aspects of the economic development of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. The solution to problems such as, environment, etc., under the system premise of "one country, two systems",rely on CEPA to achieve further economic development in the Bay Area. This article examines it from the perspective of geoeconomics,which is of great significance to the study of the follow-up development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and provides a reference for other researchers.
