摘要

随着经济的发展，社会的进步，互联网科技的运用也越来越广泛，给人们的生产和生活带来了巨大的改变。随着近几年人们专业素质的提升，大学生的数量在不断地增加，而劳动力的结构性却出现了短缺的现象，一种“招工难，就业难”的状况也不断地呈现出来，“招工难”是因为当前我国的低技能农村剩余劳动力需求量过大，出现了供不应求的现象，而“就业难”则出现在我国的高等教育毕业生的供给过剩的现象，这两种状况都是劳动力结构性的不平衡。本文以互联网使用对西藏藏族同胞就业的影响研究为研究课题，探索和分析互联网应用对区域就业量和就业结构的影响以及原因，针对互联网使用对就业的影响中的问题，提出相关的对策和建议，为实现互联网就业的结构性调整做出重要影响。
