| 新冠肺炎疫情对湖北省三农的影响及对策 摘 要：本文通过查找大量新冠肺炎疫情前后湖北省“三农”问题的各项数据，通过建立图表加以分析，对湖北省“三农”发展的现状进行总结。同时将疫情发生前后的数据进行比较，得出新冠肺炎疫情对湖北省农产品的销售、农村产业的发展以及农民外出务工等各方面都存在较大影响。为了克服新冠肺炎疫情的影响，提出了推进土地制度改革，提升土地价值，促进城市资本下乡；加大对农业的科技投入，促进农业人才的培养；加强传染病防治宣传教育，完善医疗卫生等基础设施；推进农业产业化，切实增加农民收入等一系列相关建议，以促进湖北省“三农”的发展及整个地区经济持续稳定发展。 关键词：湖北省；新冠疫情；三农；影响 Impact of novel coronavirus pneumonia on Hubei's three rural areas and Countermeasures Abstract:This paper novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic situation in Hubei Province,through the establishment of charts and analysis,through the search for a large number of data before and after the outbreak of new crown pneumonia in Hubei province.
