| 科技创新发展与经济双循环战略 中文提要 本文研究的内容是科技创新与经济双循环战略，研究的背景是基于2020习近平总书记提出的“以国内大循环为主，国内国际双循环相互促进”新发展格局。通过论述中国循环经济体系的演化过程，展现我国经济体系的发展过程以及所取得的成就。再结合现如今世界的局势，分析科技创新在其中发挥的重要作用以及通过科技创新促进新格局建设的主要途径，为双循环的发展提供借鉴。 关键词：双循环；新发展格局；科技创新 Abstract The research content of this paper is the double-cycle strategy of scientific and technological innovation and economy. The background of the research is based on the new development pattern of "focusing on domestic big cycle and mutually promoting domestic and international double-cycle" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in 2020. Through the discussion of the evolution process of China's circular economy system, the development process of China's economic system and the achievements made. Combined with the current situation of the world,this paper analyzes the important role of scientific and technological innovation in it and the main ways to promote the construction of new pattern through scientific and technological innovation, so as to provide reference for the development of the double cycle.
