| 目前我国人口老龄化问题的表现、影响及解决策略 摘要 人口老龄化作为人类共同体面临的一个日趋严重的问题, 已势不可挡，而我国少子老龄化的问题则日趋严峻，由此引发年龄结构老化，进而导致消费疲软、社会劳动力减少、影响经济发展和社会稳定等问题。面对这些问题就要求我们必须更积极、更迫切地去认识、思考应对策略。本文先研究了人口老龄化的特点和影响。其中影响主要表现在四个方面：人口老龄化对社会保障体制形成压力；对中国经济可持续发展产生的影响；对中国劳动力市场的影响；对消费需求结构的影响。本文对具体应对策略做出深入的探讨，并根据中国人口老龄化的特点和对经济社会发展的影响，提出相应政策建议。 关键词：人口老龄化 社会生产结构 经济增速 Abstract The population ageing is an increasingly serious problem facing the human community,and the problem of the aging of the minority children in our country is becoming more and more serious, which leads to the aging of the age structure,this in turn leads to weak consumption, a reduction in the social workforce, affecting economic development and social stability and other issues. In the face of these problems,we must be more active and more urgent to recognize and think about coping strategies. This article first examines the characteristics and influence of population ageing.The impact is mainly manifested in four aspects: the pressure of the population ageing on the social security system; the impact on the sustainable development of China's economy; the impact on China's labor market; and the impact on the structure of consumer demand. This paper makes an in-depth discussion on the concrete countermeasures and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions according to the characteristics ofthe population ageing and its influence on the economic and social development.
