| 改善我国创业投资环境的研究 摘 要 在当下这个时代，“创业”“投资”等词已经随处可听到。无论是高楼林立 的城市写字楼里，或是人头攒动的街边咖啡厅，可看到一个个创业者，抑或投资人，三两成群地围着桌子讨论着一个个让他们热血沸腾，坚信能改变世界的项目。“全民创业”是新提出来的口号。然而，许多心血来潮的创业者或 投资者们并未真正充分了解到我国目前的创业投资环境，这可能会使他们在迈进的路上碰壁，遭遇之前未所预料到的各种困难。本文通过分析我国创业投资环境的现状，指出其存在的问题，最后进一步对如何改善我国的创业投资环境进行论述。 【关键词】创业 投资 政策 环境 Abstract In this day and age, words like " Entrepreneurship " and " investment " can be heard everywhere.Whether it is high rise, city office buildings, or crowded street cafes,you can see entrepreneurs, or investors,in small groups around the table to discuss one by one let their blood boiling, that believe they can change the world. "National Entrepreneurship" is a new slogan.However, many entrepreneurs or investors on a whim do not really fully understand thecurrent venture capital environment in our country,which may make them hit a wall on the way forward, encountering all kinds of difficulties that were not expected before. This paper analyzes the current situation of China's venture capital environment,points out its existing problems, and finally discusses how to improve China's venture capital environment.
